The vines grew on clay-limestone soil on a steep slope. After fermentation and aging in steel tanks, the wine aged another 9 months in French oak barrels. The Reserva has a dark ruby color. It is characterized by an intense aroma. Characteristic are the aromas of plum, truffle and blackberry. Its structure is soft and velvety, although underpinned by a charming spiciness.
